Admission begins with an individualized Assessment of the prospective
resident's health care needs. In consultation with the resident and
their family, we develop a plan of care that respects our resident's
dignity and provides a therapeutic approach.
Our team of consultants and specialists meet quarterly to review and
update resident care plans. Our residents' families are encouraged
to participate in the process on a periodic basis to assure that the
plan reflects resident's individual goals and needs.

Important Notes
Room assignments are based on availability but every effort is made
to ensure that our resident's room assignment is in their best physical,
psychological, and social interest. Married couples are permitted
to live together.
Leaves of Absence are granted for holidays, birthdays, visits, outings,
parties, and other special occasions, provided we are furnished
a note by our resident's doctor.
We Accept: Medicare, Blue Cross, AARP, and others.
